Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours from your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. If you are a no show, 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so that we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
